    Create new custom menu via
    1. Copying ADMIN_MENU
    2. Remove all unnecessary links ( not required)
    3. Keep some seeded links like "manage User Access" etc. ( if required)
    4. Add your custom links

      Hi,
Thank you. I found the other way. Add a submenu to your Top in the custom menu.

      1. Add a submenu "Manage User Access"
      2. Choose Type as "Link"
      3. Select "External URL"
      4. Paste the link of Manage User Access.

The Manage User Access link can be copied by right clicking the "Manage User Access" and copy from property.

      It works.

      Thanks,
      Venkat
