  • Forgot DBA.ADMIN password

Forgot DBA.ADMIN password. Is there any way to retrieve that password?

    Thanks in advance

Depends on the OTM version. Before 6.4, passwords could be decoded (in the GL_USER table) with a BASE64 decoder. In Cloud you can ask Support. I take it you don't have another DBA user?

      Dear Lourens,
Thanks a lot for your reply. Our OTM version is before 6.3.7, I tried to use base64 decoder, but failed. Would you please let me know more detailed steps ? The password in the gl_user table is as below, when I use https://www.base64decode.org/ to try to decode, its result is XmREGfP}᳉E45+q, not desired.
