User Log File enabled but has no entries

  • User Log File enabled but has no entries

    Created new User Log file and enabled it by with check in the "On" box. Completed few transactions and when opted to view the log it file no results where displayed. Also looked at the log fie at the server location < OTM Home> /log. User log file got created but had zero bytes of data. What could be the issue? How to get the log file recording entries again? Thank you in advance!

    Could you please share the screenshot of the user log file.

      It may well be that all of the logging has been suppressed by the DBA.ADMIN role. If that has been done, it does not matter what User based logging you enable in your domain, nothing will be generated. Check with someone that has that access.
