And here is the form for submissions. Anyone interested in presenting is allowed to submit, and all submissions will be reviewed by the OTM SIG board for approval.

      Also worth noting:

Members who don't think they have material for a full presentation (or don't want to present on their own) are welcome to form a panel. If you have an idea for a panel but don't know whom to ask to join you, we encourage you to do two things: a) submit your idea for a panel even if you don't have all the members; and b) post your idea on this thread to recruit volunteers.

Has the link been posted yet for the presentation from yesterday's call?

              Thanks,

I see that there hasn't been a post here in a while. Any update on agenda, costs, etc? In order to justify this conference to my employer, I need the agenda and costs. Just wondering if there are any updates. Thanks.

Re: OTM SIG Conference 2009 Call for White Papers

The hotel costs have been lowered to $159 per night with the hotel.

Conference registration is $695 for early registration (until 4/30) and $750 beyond that time.

We are putting together the final touches on the agenda currently and expect to have it out within the next few days.

We also have negotiated a discount with American Airlines and I can get you the details on that as well if you would like.

Thank you. This tentative agenda was very helpful. Now the next question.........what is the plan for having the official process published for registration, hotel, airfare, etc.?

I'm not sure that I understand the question... Registration for the 2009 user conference is open. If you go to http://otmsig.meetingexpectations.com you can register. The hotel reservations are linked to at the end of that registration process.

Re: OTM SIG Conference 2009 Call for White Papers

Thanks. This is what I was looking for. The reason I asked the question is that it is very difficult to find anything about the 2009 conference on the internet. If you search for 'otm sig registration', the only results returned are for the 2007 and 2008 conferences. The only place I see any mention of the fact that the 2009 registration is open, or the link to the website, is buried in a post on otmfaq for a quarterly sig conference call agenda. Just wondering if having this information more 'visible' may help others (and me) . Thanks!
