All,
In December the OTM SIG will be holding elections to determine the new Board for 2010-2011. I highly encourage everyone to participate, either by running for a Board position (you can do it!) or by voting.
First - if you'd like to know more about the election process, please join the next OTM SIG quarterly call on Tuesday December 8th. Full details are available here:For those that would like to participate on the OTM SIG Board, please fill out the attached Candidate Form and return to Christine Hilgert (her email is in the document), by December 18th. I highly encourage you to run. The available positions are:
Of these, one User Board Member (not a Consultant) will be the Chairperson. It is vitally important that we get enough User members to ensure that the community is both lead and driven by OTM Users. Now for everyone else, I encourage you to vote. This will determine the leadership of the OTM SIG Board, which directly affects your user community. Please note that you must register with OAUG prior to the election to be eligible to vote. I've listed out the steps (with screenshots) below:
If you have any questions about the process, please contact Regina Robuck, OAUG at [email protected] or 404.760.2887.
